1. General Scope and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of the Picky Chefs website https://www.pickychefs.com/ and mobile application (Picky Chefs™). By accessing or using our website and/or app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these T&C without reservation.

We reserve the right to update or modify these T&C. We will provide reasonable notice to you for any material changes affecting legal rights. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C.

By agreeing to these T&C, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use our services.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing
Subscription fees, if applicable, will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Any tax adjustments will be reflected in the final price. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time without prior notice.

Payments
• Payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
• We use third-party payment processors, and we do not store your payment information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew. If you do not agree to a price change or would like to cancel your subscription, you may cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
• Once subscription is purchased for a billing cycle, it is nonrefundable.

In-App Purchases (IAP)
If you make purchases through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), those transactions are governed by the third party’s terms. We are not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or issues related to third-party purchases.

Restoring Purchases
If you have made prior in-app purchases, you may be able to restore them through the designated function within our app or website.

4. Account Registration (If applicable)

If registration is required to access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password.

User Responsibilities:
